Between 24th – 26th of April, a 5th International Scientific Conference „Physical Activity, Health and Quality of Life“ was held at the University of Pavel Jozef Šafárik in Košice, which is one of the partners of the Heads Up Project. Other representatives of the project also took part in the conference and Maja Gajda from the Faculty of Pedagogy of the University of Warsaw presented the results of the research we conducted as part of the project.

Additionally, workshops for teachers were organized to familiarize them with the topic of mental health. It was also an opportunity for Heads Up team – Klaudia Zusková, PhD and Ferdinand Salonna, PhD, to present the Heads Up project.
