We are happy to announce that the Foundation of the Institute of Mother and Child has resolved the competition for creating a comic book concept on the mental health of children and adolescents, which was organized as part of the Heads Up Project coordinated by the Foundation.
We would like to thank all participants for their engagement and preparation of the competition entries. The standard of work was very high, which made the jury’s decision extremely difficult. The jury, consisting of representatives of the IMC Foundation, the Faculty of Pedagogy of the University of Warsaw, including students, the Arthe Foundation and a psychologist from the Institute of Mother and Child, decided to award three works, on the basis of which two comics are already being created. The winners of the competition are:
- Agata – kl. 5a PSP nr 4 w Pułtusku,
- Alicja – klasa 6d PSP nr 4 w Pułtusku,
- Natasza – klasa 7b, SP nr 2 im. Tadeusza Kościuszki z oddziałami integracyjnymi w Zelowie.
The winners will receive prizes:
• PLN 500 for the teacher coordinating the winning project
• A voucher for a sports store in the amount of PLN 200 for the winner or, in the case of group work, each member of the winning team.
• A grant of PLN 1,000 for the winning student’s school.
We wholeheartedly congratulate the winners and thank all participants for their participation and commitment.
We encourage you to follow the Foundation’s social media and the Heads Up website to stay up to date with our activities and the comic book creation process!
